About The Role

Drive the feature roadmap, backlog, and evolution of a voice AI platform. Translate user and community feedback into actionable product requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the feature roadmap, backlog, and product requirements.
• Monitor Voice AI trends and ecosystem developments.
• Collaborate with engineering teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver product features.
• Gather and analyze community and customer feedback to drive product improvements.
• Ensure timely delivery of product features, aligning with business objectives.
• Drive cross-functional communication to keep stakeholders informed.
• Prioritize features based on business impact, user needs, and technical feasibility.
  

• Proven experience as a Product Manager, ideally in Voice AI, NLP, or SaaS platforms.
• Strong understanding of Voice AI technologies and ecosystem trends.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in managing roadmaps, backlogs, and requirement documentation.
