Job Title: Product Manager - Digital Experience & Growth
The Digital Growth Product Team is the engine driving our digital channels. We are looking for a strategic Product Manager to bridge the gap between a magical digital storefront and a scalable web infrastructure. You will own the "Discovery-to-Lead" journey, ensuring our brand is showcased beautifully, traffic is acquired efficiently through cutting-edge search strategies, and our web platforms scale seamlessly to create a world-class digital experience for Ather.

What you’ll do:
Brand & Design Collaboration: Partner closely with our Brand and UX Design teams to translate Ather’s premium visual identity into an intuitive, high-converting digital storefront. You will ensure the website beautifully and accurately showcases our product information, engineering stories, and brand philosophy.
Traffic Growth & Discovery (SEO/AEO): Own top-of-funnel organic acquisition. Design and execute advanced Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) strategies to ensure Ather is the definitive answer across traditional search engines and emerging AI/LLM discovery platforms.
Infrastructure Excellence (CMS & Design System): Build for efficiency. Develop and scale our Content Management System (CMS) to empower marketing teams to deploy content faster. Collaborate with design and engineering to build a unified Digital Design System, reducing code duplication and accelerating time-to-market.
Conversion Optimization: Conduct deep-dive funnel analysis and continuous A/B testing on landing pages and web flows to ruthlessly optimize the traffic-to-lead conversion rate, test-ride bookings, and pre-orders.
Full-Funnel Alignment: Manage the integration between the web storefront and backend lead-capture engines. Ensure high availability, performance optimization (page load speeds), and clean user routing.
Reporting & Analytics: Define and track North Star metrics like Monthly Active Users (MAU), Organic Traffic Growth, Bounce Rates, and Form Submission Conversion Rates. Maintain robust event tracking to identify drop-off bottlenecks.
Here’s what we are looking for:
Technical & Domain Depth: Minimum 2 years of experience owning consumer-facing web products or growth funnels. A strong grasp of headless CMS architecture, SEO/AEO frameworks, and web performance optimization techniques techniques is highly preferred.
Execution Focus: Proven ability to write detailed PRDs for both front-end UI enhancements and complex back-end integrations. Proficiency in SQL and working with web analytics tools (GA4) is a must.
Business Acumen & Hustle: A clear thinker who understands the "why" behind user behavior data. Ability to solve ambiguous growth and visibility problems using data, innovation, and cross-functional stakeholder alignment.
Design Sensibility: A keen eye for UI/UX, micro-interactions, and visual storytelling. You have a high bar for design and love working closely with creative teams to build premium B2C interfaces.
Other Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize a high-volume experiment backlog and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across Brand, Marketing, and Engineering teams. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to new challenges.
You bring to us:
Experience: 4–7 years of total experience in Product Management.
Background: A proven track record in a high-growth D2C, E-commerce, or consumer-tech environment owning web products.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering is required. An MBA (Tier-1) is a plus but not mandatory.
