Product Manager - Mutual Fund Distribution

Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership: Define the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for high-impact initiatives. Anticipate market trends and customer needs to identify product opportunities that drive growth and improve user experiences.
• End-to-End Product Development: Translate strategies into actionable requirements, prototypes, and development roadmaps. Prioritise initiatives based on business value and customer impact. Collaborate with engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of innovative solutions.
• Customer-Centric Insights: Conduct extensive research to understand market gaps and customer pain points. Gather feedback through surveys, focus groups, and analytics to refine product features.
• Performance Measurement: Define and monitor KPIs to assess product success and areas for improvement. Leverage data-driven insights to iterate on existing products.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment and seamless execution. Evaluate partnership opportunities with external vendors and stakeholders.
• Agile Practices: Lead agile development processes, ensuring flexibility and quick turnarounds for high-priority features.
  
  

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering, or related fields.
• 5+ years in product management, with proven success in launching and managing impactful products.
• Experience in fintech or similar fast-paced industries preferred.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven decision-making mindset.
• Expertise in customer experience design and user-first problem-solving.
• Proficient in agile methodologies, project management tools, and product analytics platforms.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
• Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of financial services, investment products, and emerging technologies.
