Our mission is to build a suite of products and experiences that millions of customers love to use every day across our Emerging Stores esp. across MENA and APAC region. We are seeking an experienced Product Manager who will be responsible for leading one of the pillars within our Affinity charter helping make every customers shopping experience with Amazon rewarding and affordable, working both independently as well as through our Product and Tech teams.

In this role, you will own the end-to-end lifecycle of our instant bank discount solution, both launching the experience in new solution and for existing markets work backwards from the customer and partners to make every shopping experience rewarding. Youll have the opportunity to shape the future of how customers pay on Amazon, working at the intersection of customer experience, technology, and business strategy to drive growth and innovation.

The ideal candidate is analytical, loves working backwards from data and customer insights in order to build the right technology and features, and resourceful in finding innovative solutions to unsolved problems. As a product leader you will have a proven track record of creating a strong vision, managing a dynamic roadmap, communicating priorities clearly with a broad set of stakeholders and successfully delivering results.

Key job responsibilities

• Create and own the product vision, strategy and multi-year roadmap for payment products that serve millions of customers
• Drive data-driven decision making through analysis of customer behavior, market trends, and business metrics
• Drive alignment across multiple stakeholders (Tech, Marketing, UX, Finance, Legal) to deliver results at scale
• Identify and evaluate new payment opportunities, leading initiatives from conception through launch
• Partner with engineering teams to deliver scalable, reliable payment solutions
• Present to senior leadership and influence product strategy at the highest levels
• Mentor a team of product and program managers while fostering a culture of innovation
  
  

About The Team

International Emerging Stores Payments owns the payments journey in emerging countries in both local and cross border payments for available selection and content. We support Amazon expansion by enabling relevant payment methods, and partner with in-country retail and cash networks to offer a localized payment experience for our customers. We also enable new payment methods and products, on and off Amazon, to expand access and simplify paying experiences to drive conversions. Our technology services are built for scalability and multitenancy with a focus on reducing development effort for new launches and ongoing operations.

Basic Qualifications

• 3+ years of product management experience
• Experience managing technical products or online services
• Experience in product, program, or project management in leading cross-functional teams in delivery of major new products or services
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of SQL and VBA at an advanced level
• Experience building and analyzing cost/benefit scenarios and business cases and communicating results throughout the organization
