About the role
Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled Oracle Fusion P2P Consultant to lead and support the implementation and optimization of Oracle Cloud Procurement and Payables modules. The ideal candidate will have deep functional expertise in the Procure to Pay lifecycle and hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud applications.



You will be responsible for
Key Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end implementation of Oracle Fusion P2P modules: Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Payables, iSupplier Portal, and Procurement Contracts.
Conduct requirement gathering sessions, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshops.
Configure Oracle Fusion applications to meet business requirements.
Develop and maintain functional documentation including process flows, configuration guides, and test scripts.
Support data migration, integration testing, and UAT.
Collaborate with technical teams on BIP, OTBI reports, and OIC integrations.
Provide post-go-live support and user training.
Ensure alignment with Oracle best practices and compliance standards.




You will need
Required Skills & Qualifications

8-10+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementations, with at least 3+ years in Oracle Fusion Cloud P2P.
Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Inventory Management.
Experience with workflow configurations, approvals, and reporting tools (BIP, OTBI).
Familiarity with iSupplier Portal, non-PO invoice processing, and subledger accounting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams and mentor junior consultants.


Preferred Skills

Experience with ADFDi, FBDI and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
Oracle Cloud certification in Procurement or Financials.
