The fintech company is around 8+ years old, profitable and recently raised a good round of funding. They have a strong foundation in terms of tech infrastructure built in-house. Products: Personal Loans, Investment, Insurance, UPI, etc.

Employee size: 1000-1500 | Tech Team size: 70 people | Product Team size: 20 people

Experience: 2-3 years in a product company (not B2B/SaaS).

Top 3 Requirements

Experience with Backend systems and API workflows
Hands-on with SQL and data visualisation tools
Should have worked on driving growth and funnel optimisation
