About The Role

ServiceMax PTC, is seeking a Product Manager who will play a pivotal role in building an intelligent, resilient, and human-centric mobile experience, that bridges the gap between complex enterprise data and real-world execution anchoring on the following -

• Offline-First Excellence: Building sophisticated synchronization engines that handle complex data conflict resolution silently and reliably, ensuring the technicians workflow is never interrupted by connectivity issues.
• Intelligent Assistance: Transitioning from static forms to AI-driven workflows to reduce administrative burden and improve technician efficiency.
• UX as a Strategy: Prioritizing intuitive design that simplifies the enterprise complexity, making the mobile app an asset rather than a hurdle.
  
  

Who you are

• You are a Product Manager with up to 5 years of industry experience, which includes 2-4 years of experience in product management in a fast-paced environment, preferably in a B2B SAAS company.
• You have a strong technical background and excel at analytical thinking.
• You are AI first with proven record of using AI tools in the prod-development cycle.
• You are an excellent written and verbal communicator, with keen attention to detail.
• You have a proven track record of taking ownership, taking initiative, and delivering results
• You collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners, remote and distributed teams.
• You have a learning and growth mindset.
  
  

As a Product Manager at PTC, you will...

• Spend a lot of time with our customers to deeply understand their knowledge needs
• Develop key parts of our product roadmap, marrying customers’ needs with our product vision
• Own the end-to-end lifecycle of product features from ideation through launch and iteration.
• Empower the development team by giving context, setting direction, and building alignment
• Drive customer-focused decisions, clear prioritization, and efficient execution
• Coordinate cross-functionally with leadership, go-to-market teams, and other key stakeholders across the company
