Product Designer

As a UI/UX Designer at Kapture CX, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the experiences used by thousands of customer support teams worldwide. You will transform complex enterprise workflows into intuitive, elegant, and scalable product experiences while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and business teams to build the future of AI-powered customer experience.

• You will design intuitive and visually engaging user experiences for web and mobile applications that simplify complex customer support workflows.
• You will collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centric design solutions.
• You will create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate product ideas and interactions.
• You will conduct user research, usability testing, and feedback sessions to continuously improve product usability and customer satisfaction.
• You will contribute to and maintain design systems, component libraries, and UI standards to ensure consistency across the product ecosystem.
• You will stay updated on emerging design trends, AI-first product experiences, and best practices to bring innovative thinking to the team.

This is a Bangalore-based role. We work five days a week from the office, as we believe in-person interactions fuel innovation and agility.

Success in this role means creating intuitive and impactful product experiences that improve user adoption, reduce friction, and delight enterprise customers. You will be successful when your designs directly contribute to better usability, stronger product engagement, and faster product delivery.

What would make you a good fit for this role?

Here are the basic requirements:

• You have 1–3 years of experience designing digital products as a UI/UX Designer, Product Designer, or in a similar role.
• You have a strong portfolio showcasing user-centered design work across web and/or mobile applications.
• You are proficient with modern design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar platforms.
• You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

What are the most critical skills for this role?

• You have a strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design fundamentals.
• You can create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that effectively communicate product concepts.
• You have a strong grasp of typography, color theory, layout systems, and responsive design principles.
• You can conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and improve customer experiences.

You will have an advantage if you:

• You have experience designing SaaS products, enterprise software, CRM platforms, or customer-facing business applications.
• You have worked on building and maintaining scalable design systems or component libraries.
• You understand accessibility standards (WCAG) and inclusive design practices.
• You have exposure to AI-powered products, conversational interfaces, or workflow automation platforms.
