Role Overview

As a Product Designer, you will craft intuitive and impactful experiences for TresVista’s investment research technology. This role emphasizes UX research as the foundation for design decisions, ensuring user needs and feedback drive innovation. You will work on web and app interfaces, branding, and marketing collateral, focusing on usability, accessibility, and aesthetics.

Key Role Deliverables

Conduct UX research including user interviews, surveys, usability testing, and competitor analysis to define user personas and inform design decisions

Develop user journeys, wireframes, mockups (low- and high-fidelity), prototypes, and flow diagrams to illustrate new features and interfaces

Collaborate with product teams to translate user insights into smooth, intuitive experiences

Adhere to style standards on typography, color, and graphic design while maintaining consistency across platforms

Design mechanisms to collect and analyze user feedback for continuous improvement

Participate in product and business discussions, bringing a user-centered perspective

Support front-end development by creating responsive UI solutions and transforming mockups into semantic HTML/CSS

Maintain and contribute to design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries

Experience with system integrations and API workflows

Prerequisites

Strong knowledge of UX design principles, usability heuristics, and responsive design

Demonstrated expertise in UX research methods (qualitative and quantitative)

Balanced mindset between functionality and aesthetics

Proficiency with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar

Understanding of human interaction design and accessibility standards

Experience working in Agile development environments

Experience

3–5 years of experience in product design with a strong focus on UX research and user-centered design

Proven track record of designing and delivering digital products (web or mobile)

Education

A full-time Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, UX, or a closely related field is mandatory

Candidates from premier institutions such as NID, IIT, or CBCS will be given preference

Acceptable full-time programs include M.Des, B.Des, MSc, or equivalent

Distance / Online learning or part-time courses will not be considered
