Product Associate

Job Summary

The Product Associate will independently own and manage assigned product features and workflows for Duruper.com. This role is ideal for a hands-on product professional who can translate business needs into clear, actionable product specifications and work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes. The position offers strong growth potential toward a full Product Manager role.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Own and manage assigned product features or functional areas end-to-end
• Analyze business problems and convert them into clear product requirements
• Create, maintain, and update Product Requirement Documents (PRDs)
• Define detailed user flows, edge cases, and acceptance criteria
• Write user stories, tasks, and subtasks with clear definitions of done
• Manage and track work items using Jira
• Maintain structured product documentation in Notion (PRDs, specs, decisions)
• Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, and business stakeholders
• Coordinate requirement discussions and clarifications during development
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validate delivered features
• Capture user feedback and operational inputs to propose product improvements

Mandatory Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Product Management, Associate Product, or Business Analyst roles
• Proven experience in writing PRDs, user stories, and functional specifications
• Hands-on experience with Jira for task and issue tracking
• Strong documentation skills using Notion or Confluence
• Solid understanding of Agile product development methodologies
• Ability to work independently on defined problem statements
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail and structured thinking approach
