Position Summary You will lead strategic sourcing and contract management for assigned procurement categories. You will work closely with internal partners across functions and with external suppliers to secure quality, cost savings and reliable supply. Responsibilities This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following: - Develop and implement category strategies that deliver value, quality and supply security. - Lead end-to-end sourcing activities including market analysis, tendering, negotiation and contract award. - Manage supplier relationships and supplier performance, including KPIs, reviews and corrective actions. - Drive cost optimisation, value creation and process improvements across your categories. - Partner with stakeholders such as Legal, Quality, Finance and business owners to ensure compliant, timely delivery. - Use data, digital tools and emerging technologies to inform decisions and manage supplier risk. Why You? Basic Qualification We are seeking professionals with the following required skills and qualifications to help us achieve our goals - Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Engineering or related field. - Minimum 8 years of relevant procurement or category management experience. - Demonstrable experience in strategic sourcing, negotiation and contract management. - Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills across multi-disciplinary teams. - Proven ability to deliver cost savings and supplier performance improvements. - Comfortable working in a matrix, multi-cultural environment and managing multiple priorities. Preferred Qualification If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus - Master’s degree in a related discipline or professional procurement qualification. - Experience in facilities, professional services, logistics, packaging, or capital procurement categories. - Experience working in regulated industries or environments with high compliance needs. - Proven track record with supplier relationship management and supplier consolidation. - Familiarity with procurement analytics tools, digital sourcing platforms or AI-enabled insights. - Experience leading cross-border sourcing projects or supporting global category deployment.
