Location: KTP(Kadubeesanahalli, Bangalore – Ground Floor (Within 5 km radius preferred)

Key Responsibilities Verify customer identity and KYC documents.

Review and validate onboarding documentation.

Conduct customer verification through calls (Voice Process).

Follow up for pending documents and resolve customer queries.

Ensure compliance with KYC/AML guidelines.

Maintain accurate records and update internal systems.

Escalate discrepancies and suspicious cases as required.

Requirements Graduate in any discipline.

Good communication skills in English, Hindi.

Knowledge of KYC, AML, and customer verification processes.

Attention to detail and basic computer skills.

Prior experience in KYC, Voice, Non-Voice, or Customer Service roles is preferred.

Willingness to work in rotational shifts and week-offs.
