We are looking for a talented UI/UX Designer with solid experience in React-based web applications to join our product team. You will design intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly interfaces that enhance the user experience of our React frontend applications. You will work closely with frontend developers, backend engineers, and product managers to translate user needs and business goals into engaging digital experiences.

What You Will Do

• Design and deliver user-centered UI/UX designs for React web applications, balancing aesthetics and usability.
• Collaborate with frontend developers to implement designs seamlessly using React components.
• Conduct user research, create personas, user journeys, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
• Apply best practices in interaction design, information architecture, and accessibility standards.
• Work closely with backend engineers (Node.js) to understand data flows and optimize interface behaviour.
• Use design tools such as Figma or similar for design creation and handoff.
• Continuously improve design based on user feedback, analytics, and usability testing.
• Maintain design consistency across products and platforms with design systems and component libraries.
• Stay updated on UI/UX trends and emerging technologies.
  
  

Educational Qualification:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, with 7+ years prior relevant engineering experience OR Advanced Degree in Computer Science Engineering, with 5+ years prior relevant engineering experience.

Required Skills

• Strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX design work, preferably for React-based web apps.
• Hands-on experience collaborating with React developers, understanding React component-driven design.
• Proficiency with UI/UX design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.
• Solid understanding of front-end technologies, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript fundamentals.
• Experience with responsive and adaptive design principles.
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and design.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into user-friendly interfaces.
  
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.
• Familiarity with React component libraries (Material UI, Ant Design, etc.) and design systems.
• Basic understanding of REST APIs and backend workflows is a plus.
• Experience with usability testing and analytics tools.
