We are seeking an experienced Finance Leader to oversee the financial operations, planning, and controllership for Amazons Fulfillment Center operations in India (INFC). This role will lead month-end closures, fixed cost management, headcount planning, LRP/OP2/R&O and strategic financial initiatives while partnering with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Financial Planning & Analysis : (a) Lead Month-End-Closures (MEC) reviews for India FC Fixed costs (b) Drive planning cycles (3YF, OP2, Quarterly guidance) with regional stakeholders (c) Analyze and report variances with detailed cost bridges.
  • Headcount & Employee Cost Management (a) Lead Blue Badge headcount planning and cost management (b) Develop and maintain headcount budgets based on Gearing Ratios (c) Partner with PXT on Standard Staffing Models and benchmarking (d) Oversee employee cost variance analysis and reporting
  • Controllership & Governance (a) Maintain network-level fixed cost reporting governance (b) Review/approve PR/POs for FC Central, INOPS PXT, and 3P spend
  • Strategic Initiatives (a) Lead FCF program initiatives and partner in Driving cost optimization projects across the network (b) Develop and maintain monitoring mechanisms and dashboards (c) Partner with PXT for budget management and wage planning (d) Oversee MCF channel financial planning and reporting

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or a highly analytical field (e.g., Engineering, Math, and Computer Science)
  • 12+ years of tax, finance or a related analytical field experience
  • 7+ years of finance technology, forecast & budgeting, or other finance-focused competency experience
  • Experience with Tableau, Python, SQB, Quicksight, Cognos or or other BI packages

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA, or CPA
  • Experience in a leadership position managing finance, accounting and operational processes
