Principal Engineer - Highways

Job Description

We are seeking to recruit an ambitious and dynamic Principal Engineer for our new Development Infrastructure CRC team in INDIA to work alongside our Global manager and local Team Leader to lead on the technical outputs of the team with a skill-set concentrated in either drainage or highways.

WSP Transportation and infrastructure, as part of the WSP Group, specializes in providing sustainable development infrastructure solutions from initial concepts, through planning to full construction implementation. The CRC team will provide a detailed design service in the area of drainage, highway and public realm (external works) design for strategic, both adoptable and private infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• You will be responsible for ensuring your projects are delivered to budget, programme and technical standards and meet QA, CDM, Sustainability and HSE requirements.
  
  
  

• Probably from a consultancy or government agency design background you will have a proven record in excellent technical delivery and team leadership.
  
  
  

• Employment with WSP India is subject to the successful completion of a background verification (“BGV”) check conducted by a third-party agency appointed by WSP India.
