We are seeking a Principal Engineer – Automation engineer with 12+yrs of experience to define, drive, and execute the enterprise‑level test automation strategy for complex healthcare ecosystems. This role focuses on application and device integration interoperability automation, requiring deep technical expertise, architectural thinking, and strong leadership. The ideal candidate will be hands‑on, set automation direction, establish KPIs, and drive team success across multiple integration initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define, plan, and execute the overall automation strategy for:
    • Application interoperability testing
    • Medical device integration automation


  • Establish automation vision, roadmap, and standards aligned with business and architectural goals.
  • Lead teams in defining automation KPIs, metrics, and success criteria.
  • Drive continuous improvement and adoption of automation best practices across teams.
  • Act as a technical authority and mentor, guiding engineers on framework design, tools, and approaches.
  • Architect, develop, and evolve scalable test automation frameworks for:
    • API automation
    • UI automation


  • Lead framework development and enhancement using:
    • C#
    • RestSharp for API automation


  • Ensure framework reusability, maintainability, reliability, and performance.
  • Integrate automation frameworks with CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous testing and fast feedback.


  • Deep experience in automation framework architecture and enhancement.
  • Experience integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines.
  • Strong leadership, mentoring, and stakeholder communication skills.


  • Drive automation for end‑to‑end interoperability testing, including:
    • Application‑to‑platform integration
    • Device‑to‑platform integration


  • Validate event‑driven and message‑based architectures using:
    • RabbitMQ
    • VerneMQ
    • Linux


  • Work hands‑on with platform components including:
    • PostgreSQL
    • Neo4j
    • Keycloak (authentication/authorization)


  • Ensure data integrity, system reliability, and message flow validation across integrated systems.


Cross‑Team & Organizational Impact
  • Collaborate with architecture, development, DevOps, product, and external partner teams.
  • Influence automation adoption across multiple projects and teams.
  • Communicate automation maturity, risks, and outcomes at senior leadership level.
  • Drive team alignment toward quality goals and delivery excellence.
