**Welcome to the Data & AI Enablement team. **

The Data & AI Enablement team is part of the Data Office within Global IT, serving as a Centre of Excellence for enterprise-wide data and AI adoption. You will join a highly collaborative team of specialists in Denmark and India, working closely with business stakeholders in an agile and supportive environment. Together, we help citizen developers and business teams create value from platforms such as Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Copilot, and Copilot Studio through enablement, governance, and community building. The role offers broad exposure across Novonesis, connecting you with stakeholders and initiatives spanning the entire value chain.

**In this role you will make an impact…**

Your work will focus on innovation and enablement at scale, balancing strategic platform governance with hands-on solutioning. You will help mature our enablement model for Copilot Studio, establish best practices for citizen developers, and guide business teams from ideation to implementation. Through our AI Centre of Excellence approach, you will support complex use cases and act as a senior advisor, identifying AI use cases and opportunities for AI to transform business processes.

In addition, some of your key tasks will include:

• Owning the Copilot Studio enablement track globally, including training, governance, and support.
• Establishing best practices for citizen developers working with Copilot Studio.
• Driving enterprise adoption of Copilot-based solutions by engaging with business teams and shaping high-value use cases.
• Building and scaling the citizen developer ecosystem through training programmes, learning journeys, and community activities.
• Ensuring governance, security, and platform and use case alignment by collaborating with IT Security, Legal, and platform teams.
  
  

Collaboration will be central to your role, as you work daily with colleagues in India and Denmark, engaging with stakeholders across business- and platform teams to deliver impactful AI solutions.

**We expect you to bring…**

• 5+ years of experience in AI, automation, or digital enablement roles
• Strong experience with Copilot Studio, Power Platform, or similar citizen developer platform
• Proven track record of driving adoption of new technologies in large organisations
• Proven track record for project management
• Experience working with generative AI or conversational agents
• Experience with governance frameworks within enterprise environments
  
  

Additionally, we expect you to demonstrate familiarity with Microsoft Ecosystem including Copilot/Cowork, analytics platforms such as Power BI and Fabric, and a background in consulting or internal advisory roles. Your ability to support complex solution design and align technical solutions with business requirements will be highly valued.

You will excel in this role if you have strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills, enjoy structured and scalable thinking, and are comfortable navigating an evolving space. An interest in AI adoption and its organisational impact, as well as the ability to bridge business needs and technical solutions, will help you succeed.
