As a Specialist, Business Development Intelligence and Enablement in Deloitte Consulting’s National Office, you will help turn complex data into insights that support pricing decisions, business development, and strategic reporting. You will work with business and data analysts to develop high-quality analytical solutions, improve data quality, and create clear reporting for stakeholders. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to deal support, practice initiatives, and process improvements that help drive informed decision-making across the business.

Work youll do

As a Specialist, Business Development Intelligence and Enablement on the Pricing Analytics & Insights team, you will be responsible for:

• Analyze data to generate insights for pricing decisions across individual deals, account-wide agreements, and internal reporting initiatives
• Support the development of analytical solutions by working with business and data analysts to deliver work products within established timelines
• Maintain and improve data quality by identifying issues, transforming raw data, and preparing data for analysis and reporting
• Create reports, dashboards, and visualizations using tools such as Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint, Power BI, and Tableau
• Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders to support business planning and strategic decision-making
  
  

The team

The team member will be joining Deloitte Consulting’s National Office Sales Excellence organization, which owns the end-to-end sales life cycle process and drives sales success to support Consulting’s overall success through a range of advisory and analytical services. Within Sales Excellence, the Pricing and Commercial Deal Support team is a highly motivated and energetic group of specialized sales professionals that serve as trusted advisors in crafting tailored deals that meet our clients’ needs.

Location: Bangalore/Hyderabad

Shift Timings: 11 AM to 8 PM

Qualifications

Required:

• 3+ years of experience in analytics, pricing analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or data analysis
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, analytics, engineering, statistics, economics, or another quantitative field
• Experience building analytical solutions using complex data sets and quantitative analysis
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Experience creating dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Microsoft Power BI
• Experience transforming, validating, and preparing data for analysis and reporting
• Experience presenting analysis, insights, or recommendations to stakeholders
  
  

Preferred:

• Experience using Python, R, or another programming language for analysis or automation
• Experience using artificial intelligence tools to automate or scale analytical solutions
• Experience supporting pricing, commercial, sales, or deal analytics
• Experience in a consulting or professional services environment
