Job Description

Responsibilities

End-to-end sales of vacant and new properties through CRM-assigned leads.
Generate and conduct site visits for interested clients.
Manage negotiations with buyers and ensure successful closures.
Achieve a target of 5-6 prospective site visits per week.

Requirements

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Hindi and English (local language is an added advantage).
Strong customer relationship management, sales, and negotiation skills.
High energy, enthusiasm, confidence, and a results-driven mindset.
Graduate in any discipline preferred.
Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any industry preferred.
Candidates should be currently employed or serving a notice period.
Desired: Must own a two-wheeler, as the role requires frequent client meetings and site visits.
