Your Role

As a Portfolio & Demand Management Analyst , you will be responsible for designing, building, and managing Quickbase applications that support initiative intake, prioritization, and planning processes. You will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and enable effective portfolio management through scalable tools and dashboards.

In this role, you will:

• Design and develop Quickbase applications to support initiative intake, prioritization, and planning workflows.
• Build and manage portfolio planning solutions to enable capacity planning, roadmap visibility, and project prioritization.
• Automate business processes and integrate cross-functional data within Quickbase to improve operational efficiency.
• Develop and maintain dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Quickbase to deliver actionable insights.
• Translate complex datasets into intuitive, user-friendly visualizations for business stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and streamline portfolio processes.
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and scalability of solutions across enterprise systems.
• Continuously enhance applications and dashboards based on business needs and feedback.
  
  

Your Profile

• 4+ years of experience in Quickbase application development and management.
• Strong expertise in initiative intake, prioritization, and portfolio planning processes.
• Hands-on experience with dashboard creation using Power BI, Tableau, or Quickbase.
• Experience in workflow design, process automation, and system integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to convert business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
