Phase 1 -Proactive Stocking - Automation - SDET

Key Responsibilities:Test Automation Development:- Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Java and Selenium.- Ensure high code quality and adherence to best practices in test automation.

Continuous Improvement:- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement them.- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and tools in test automation.

Collaboration:- Work closely with developers, QA analysts, and product managers to ensure thorough testing.- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous delivery efforts.

Reporting & Documentation:- Provide regular status updates on test automation progress and challenges.- Document test automation frameworks, processes, and best practices.

Required Qualifications:- 3+ years of experience in software testing, with at least 2+years in test automation.

- Strong proficiency in Java programming.

- Extensive experience with Selenium WebDriver and related tools.- Solid understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and best practices.

- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Bamboo).

- Experience with other automation tools (e.g., TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber).- Knowledge of performance and security testing.- Familiarity with cloud testing platforms (e.g., Sauce Labs, BrowserStack).- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Excellent communication skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.3 Must have:Java: 4/5Selenium: 4/5CI/CD: 4/5"
