Performance Test Engineer

We are looking for a skilled Performance Test Engineer with strong hands-on experience in NeoLoad to join our growing team in Bangalore. If you have a passion for performance engineering and enjoy solving complex scalability challenges, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute performance test scripts using NeoLoad.
• Perform load, stress, spike, and endurance testing.
• Analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks.
• Work closely with development, DevOps, and QA teams to improve system performance.
• Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.
• Monitor application performance and provide actionable insights.
  
  

• 4-6 years of experience in performance testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with NeoLoad.
• Good understanding of HTTP/HTTPS protocols, APIs, and web services.
• Experience in scripting (JavaScript preferred within NeoLoad).
• Solid knowledge of performance testing concepts (load, stress, soak testing).
• Familiarity with REST/SOAP services.
• Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab.
• Basic understanding of cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP is a plus).
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience with any APM tools is a plus.
  
  

• Experience in distributed load testing.
• Exposure to monitoring tools (Grafana, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, etc. ).
• Ability to work in Agile environments.
