Key Responsibilities

Q-com growth -

• You’ll own growth on Q-com platform through on app campaigns.
• You’ll plan, execute, A/B Test, optimize aggressively and own performance end to end.
• Launch, analyze, optimize and iterate on-app campaigns to drive orders and repeat users
• Own the full consumer funnel.
  
  

Collaboration with cross functional teams -

• Form and execute monthly performance marketing plans with KAMs.
• Build and execute performance led strategies on meta google and other digital media to compliment q-com sales in alignment with platform and marketing teams.
• Regular settlement of claims in coordination with Finance team.
  
  

Analytics and Reporting –

• Building dashboards / surface actionable insights to drive smarter decisions.
  
  

Education

• MBA / B Tech
  
  

Key Skills

• Experience in performance marketing (preferably digital first startups)
  
  

Work Experience

2-4 years
