We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Associate Director, Data and Analytics

In this role, you will:

  • Own the end-to-end CDH decisioning architecture (framework, patterns, scalability, performance, enterprise alignment).
  • Define and govern NBA Designer implementation (taxonomy, treatments, engagement policies, arbitration, 1:1 Ops Manager).
  • Translate business objectives into decisioning logic with Marketing/Product/Data Science (use cases, KPIs, rules, journeys).
  • Oversee data integration into CDH (real-time and batch feeds from CRM/DWH/event streams; data quality and availability).
  • Provide hands-on technical leadership across Strategy rules, Data Flows, proposition/offer management, and model integration.
  • Set quality and governance standards (best practices, code reviews, solution audits, maintainability).
  • Drive optimisation and testing (performance tuning, simulation, A/B testing, monitoring, continuous refinement to improve ROI).
  • Ensure compliance and responsible AI (regulatory adherence, ethical AI, internal risk frameworks, auditability). 

To be successful in this role, you should meet the following requirements:

  • 14+ years of experience 
  • Pega CDH decisioning mastery (NBA Designer, Strategy rules, Engagement Policies, Arbitration, Treatments/Taxonomy).
  • Real-time NBA solution architecture experience at scale (low-latency decisioning, omnichannel execution, resilience).
  • Decisioning model capability (Prediction Studio, adaptive/predictive models, champion–challenger, model governance).
  • Data and integration skills (API/event streaming concepts, CRM/DWH integration, data architecture for decisioning).
  • Marketing & personalisation domain knowledge (customer lifecycle, campaign orchestration, contact strategy, omnichannel).
  • Quality engineering mindset (standards, performance tuning, testing, monitoring, maintainable configuration).
  • Stakeholder management and communication (explain complex concepts to business and technical leaders; influence).
  • Leadership and mentoring (coach architects, guide delivery teams, contribute to roadmap and thought leadership).
