We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Payroll Executive to join our Staffing Operations team and support large-scale client payroll and HR operations.

Key Responsibilities

Payroll & HR Operations

• Manage end-to-end payroll operations for staffing clients with employee strength of 1000+ headcount.
• Collect and validate attendance, timesheets, leave records, and payroll inputs from multiple stakeholders.
• Process monthly payroll accurately and within defined timelines.
• Handle statutory compliance activities including PF, ESI, PT, LWF, TDS, and other applicable labor law requirements.
• Process expense reimbursements, payroll reconciliations, invoicing support, collections, and employee payouts.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 1+ years of experience in payroll processing and HR operations.
• Hands-on experience managing payroll for 500-1000+ employees.
• Strong understanding of Indian payroll processes, labor laws, and statutory compliances.
• Experience in staffing, managed services, or third-party payroll environments will be preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS/Payroll software.
