Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Bangalore for a Patient Care Executive The Patient Care Executive will be responsible for appointment scheduling, phone etiquette, care coordination, medical terminology, doctor Tyups, and patient care-related tasks.

Qualifications

Patient Management & Registration at the Clinic.Patient Follow-up & Record Updation.Patient Feedback / Reviews Management.Strong skills in appointment scheduling and phone etiquette.Experience in care coordination and patient care.Familiarity with medical terminology.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
