As a Packaging Executive in imaging team, you will be responsible for a team of L2 who carry out visual testing of images basis defined attributes and SOP to ascertain PWP share. You will drive metrices on a day to day basis to adhere within the defined goals. You will need

  • Excellent analytical and statistical skills
  • Problem solving through data driven approach
  • 4+years of experience with supply chain and process understanding of AMZ
  • Excellent written & verbal communication skills including writing skills in Word, Power point, and Excel & curiosity to learn
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher.

Key job responsibilities

> Manage a team of L2 associates and responsible for metric management ( SPL, APL, PASS%, disagreement etc but not limited to) for imaging team managing various workstreams

> data deep dive on ETLs and data for metric and bridge in WBR

> Responsible for testing via imaging team to translate in to PWP share realization in % as per goals defined

> SOP standardization & process improvements using automation and SQL etc.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree
  • Speak, write, and read fluently in English
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
  • Experience with Excel

Preferred Qualifications

  • 1+ years of customer-facing environment, warehousing, logistics or manufacturing experience
