As a Packaged/SaaS Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or software as a service applications to tailor features according to evolving business requirements. Collaboration with various stakeholders to address operational challenges and optimize application functionality is an integral part of the workday.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Expected to perform independently and become an subject matter expert.
• Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
• Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and implement application enhancements.
• Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability and reliability.
• Document configuration changes and maintain detailed records of system modifications.

• Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD).
• Experience with configuring and customizing ServiceNow modules to meet business needs.
• Strong understanding of application lifecycle management including release management and version control.
• Familiarity with APIs and integration techniques to connect ServiceNow with other enterprise systems.
• Ability to work with low-code/no-code platforms to develop and deploy scalable solutions.
• Knowledge of troubleshooting methodologies to identify and resolve system issues efficiently.
