• Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
• Responsible for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and implementation of best practices to enhance product quality and delivery timelines.
• Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and skill development.

• Strong experience in designing scalable and maintainable web applications using Microsoft ASP.NET framework.

• Experience in setting and enforcing platform standards to ensure system reliability and performance.
