Order Book Executive Intern Returnship Program

Note: This opening is for 6 months of internship for women on career break

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the order book with accurate and real-time updates in Zoho Creator
• Track orders from confirmation to delivery and ensure all milestones are updated
• Define, update, and communicate Tentative Delivery Dates (TDD) to internal stakeholders and clients
• Coordinate with Sales, Delivery, Finance, and Operations teams to ensure timely order processing
• Monitor order pipeline and proactively flag delays, risks, or bottlenecks
• Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and consistency across systems
• Generate daily/weekly MIS reports on order status, revenue tracking, and delivery timelines
• Support invoicing readiness by validating order details and documentation
• Work on process improvements to enhance order tracking and reporting efficiency
