Senior Functional Consultant - Oracle HCM Cloud

We are assisting our client with their search for consultants to join their team to drive digital transformation and modernization projects.

Our client is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Functional Consultant to provide end-to-end production support for Oracle HCM Cloud. The consultant will focus on stabilizing the live environment, incident resolution, and continuous improvement, while also supporting configuration and minor enhancements as needed.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day production incidents and service requests across HCM modules
• Perform root cause analysis for issues and implement fixes or process improvements.
• Ensure SLA adherence, escalations, and reporting for incidents and problems.
• Support patches, upgrades, and system maintenance activities.
• Collaborate with technical teams for integrations, data corrections, and reporting issues.
• Document known issues, solutions, and support guides for the team.
• Assist with enhancements, configuration changes, and testing in live HCM environment.
• Prepare functional documentation, support notes, and user training guides.
• Participate in CRP, SIT, UAT cycles for minor changes or patches.
• Serve as a bridge between business users and technical teams for support issues.
  
  

• Hands-on experience of Oracle HCM Cloud experience, with production support focus.
• Strong expertise in Core HR, Payroll, Absence, Time & Labor, Talent Management.
• Experience handling post-go-live support, incident management, and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Oracle HCM reporting (OTBI, BI Publisher) and integrations.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage client interactions and stakeholder escalations effectively.
  
  

• Oracle HCM Cloud certification(s) in relevant modules.
• Knowledge of data migration tools (HDL, HCM Extracts) for corrective updates.
• Prior experience with SLA-based support models and ITIL practices.
