Position Summary
Level: Associate Business Transformation Architect
As an Associate Business Transformation Architect/ Specialist Senior at Deloitte Consulting, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.
Work you’ll do:
- Configure Oracle Sales for client opportunity lifecycle: stage definitions, territory & quota logic, forecast categories, incentive compensation plan structures, and PRM workflows
- Build Oracle CPQ configuration models: product hierarchies, constraint rules, multi-tier pricing waterfalls, discount approval matrices, and proposal generation templates
- Build and test OIC integrations: adapter configuration, data mapping, error handling, and integration environment governance under architecture direction
- Design and implement Oracle CDM structures: account & contact hierarchy, party merge and deduplication rules, data quality policies, golden record configuration, and cross-module customer data governance
- Enable Oracle AI features with data readiness validation: opportunity scoring, next-best-action, and Fusion Analytics workbook activation
- Support quarterly Oracle release cycles: review release notes, execute regression tests in sandbox, maintain customization inventory for assigned environments
- Produce and maintain delivery documentation: solution design documents, configuration workbooks, data mapping specs, test scripts, and training materials
- Facilitate requirements workshops and UAT with business process owners at director level and below

Qualifications
Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- 6–9 years of enterprise technology consulting or Oracle CX implementation experience
- 4+ years of hands-on Oracle CX Cloud delivery across Sales, CPQ modules
- Hands-on configuration experience in at least two Oracle CX modules, with direct responsibility for build, test, and go-live on a production engagement
- Oracle CPQ Cloud experience: product model configuration, constraint rule authoring, pricing structure definition, and approval workflow build
- Oracle CDM experience: customer data model design, account & contact hierarchy configuration, party merge rules, deduplication policies, and data quality governance
- Working knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC): adapter setup, data mapping, error handling, and basic integration pattern selection
- Functional fluency in at least one commercial domain: sales pipeline management, territory & quota, incentive compensation, case management, or field service dispatch
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Data Intelligence or Oracle Analytics Cloud: activating workbooks, building dashboards, defining operational KPIs
- Track record delivering Oracle CX workstreams within multi-stream programs, managing personal scope and milestone commitments
- Experience engaging director-level client stakeholders: leading workshops, presenting configuration designs, facilitating UAT
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience
Good to Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:
- Active Oracle certifications:
- Oracle CX Sales Implementation Professional
- Oracle CPQ Cloud Implementation Professional
- Oracle CPQ experience in high-volume B2B environments with complex pricing structures or large product catalogs
- Oracle CX Sales experience with preferably PRM experience and overall L2C process knowledge
- Oracle CDM experience in a multi-org or multi-country deployment: master data governance across business units, cross-pillar customer hierarchy alignment (CX, ERP, HCM)
- Exposure to Oracle Eloqua or Responsys: lead scoring configuration, nurture program setup, CRM bi-directional sync
- Experience participating in a CRM displacement program (Salesforce, SAP CRM, or Microsoft Dynamics to Oracle CX)
Education :
- BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university
