Roles & Responsibilities

Operate CNC machines efficiently to meet daily production requirements.
Perform CNC machine programming and make necessary program adjustments as per production needs.
Prepare and arrange tools, fixtures, gauges, and accessories required for machining operations.
Ensure weekly and monthly production schedules and target quantities are achieved.
Monitor and control production performance by tracking planned time versus actual time.
Maintain the required quality standards and ensure defect-free production.
Ensure on-time delivery commitments are met through effective machine utilization and production planning.

Requirements / Skills

ITI / Diploma / Technical qualification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
Hands-on experience in CNC machine operation within a manufacturing environment.
Good knowledge of CNC machine programming and program interpretation.
Ability to read and understand engineering drawings and technical specifications.
Knowledge of cutting tools, tool setting, and machining parameters.
Understanding of quality standards, inspection methods, and measurement instruments.
Basic computer knowledge for production reporting and machine-related documentation.
