The ideal candidate should have strong ground-level operations experience and the ability to manage teams and multiple operational activities simultaneously.</div><div><br></div><h2>Key Responsibilities</h2><ul><li><div>&nbsp;Drive <strong>end-to-end GPS/device installation operations</strong> across customer locations.&nbsp;</div></li><li><div>&nbsp;Coordinate with <strong>fleet owners, transporters, vendors, and installation partners</strong> for timely device deployment.&nbsp;</div></li><li><div>&nbsp;Build and maintain a strong <strong>network of GPS/device installation partners</strong>.&nbsp;</div></li><li><div>&nbsp;Manage <strong>reverse logistics</strong>, including device retrieval, collection, movement, and returns.&nbsp;</div></li><li><div>&nbsp;Manage and coordinate a team of <strong>20–25 DEOs/field operations staff</strong>.&nbsp;</div></li><li><div>&nbsp;Plan and manage <strong>shift timings, attendance, manpower allocation, and daily operations</strong>.&nbsp;</div></li><li><div>&nbsp;Track installation and retrieval targets and ensure timely closure.&nbsp;</div></li><li><div>&nbsp;Handle operational issues and <strong>client escalations</strong> related to device installation and field operations.&nbsp;</div></li><li><div>&nbsp;Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering for smooth execution.&nbsp;</div></li><li><div>&nbsp;Monitor operational SLAs, identify bottlenecks, and drive corrective actions.&nbsp;</div></li><li><div>&nbsp;Maintain operational reports, trackers, and documentation.&nbsp;</div></li><li><div>&nbsp;Identify opportunities to improve installation, reverse logistics, and overall operational efficiency.&nbsp;</div></li></ul><h2>Requirements</h2><ul><li><div><strong>2–3 years of experience</strong> in Operations, Logistics, Fleet Operations, Field Operations, or Supply Chain.&nbsp;</div></li><li><div>&nbsp;Hands-on experience in <strong>GPS/IoT/device installation operations</strong>.&nbsp;</div></li><li><div>&nbsp;Experience coordinating with <strong>fleet owners, transporters, installation vendors, and field teams</strong>.&nbsp;</div></li><li><div><strong>Prior experience in reverse logistics is mandatory.</strong>&nbsp;</div></li><li><div>&nbsp;Experience managing a <strong>network of installers/vendors</strong> is highly preferred.&nbsp;</div></li><li><div>&nbsp;Experience managing <strong>20–25 DEOs or field operations staff</strong> is preferred.&nbsp;</div></li><li><div>&nbsp;Ability to manage <strong>shift planning, manpower allocation, attendance, and daily team operations</strong>.&nbsp;</div></li><li><div>&nbsp;Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.&nbsp;</div></li><li><div>&nbsp;Good understanding of logistics and ground-level operations.&nbsp;</div></li><li><div>&nbsp;Good communication and coordination skills.&nbsp;</div></li><li><div>&nbsp;Proficiency in <strong>MS Excel and operational reporting</strong>.&nbsp;</div></li><li><div>&nbsp;Experience in <strong>logistics technology, SaaS, IoT, telematics, or fleet management</strong> will be an added advantage.</div></li></ul>
