Operations Executive

As an Operations Executive at Cult.Fit, you will be responsible for managing the daily operations of our fitness centers and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Your primary focus will be on optimizing operational processes, handling logistics, and providing support to both staff and customers. You will collaborate with various teams to implement strategies that enhance efficiency and promote Cult.Fit’s mission of making fitness accessible to all.

Vendor Management, Stock Management, spare tracking, Communication Skills

Responsibilities

• Manage spare parts end-to-end Vendor Coordination - Coordinate with vendors for timely spare part deliveries
• Documentation Skills - organized records of all orders, stock levels, and communications for easy reference analytical skills.
• Strong communication
• Ownership skill
• Able to solve issues and get the work done in a timely manner
• Reordering (ensure we never get out of stock, reordering as per consumption)
• Reconciliation
• Dispatch
• Order punch
• Spare tracking
• Delivery (once the order is received, ensure dispatch with in 24 hrs)
