Job Description

As our Office & HR Coordinator in India, you will be the local point of contact for our employees and take ownership of the smooth day-to-day operation of our Bengaluru office.

Your main focus will be office management and administration, ensuring that our office is well-organized, welcoming, and running smoothly. In addition, you will support our employees and managers with day-to-day HR matters and work closely with our global HR team in Switzerland on local HR processes.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys taking ownership, working independently, and being the person people can rely on to get things done.

Key ResponsibilitiesOffice Management & Administration
  • Take ownership of the day-to-day operation of our Bengaluru office
  • Coordinate office suppliers, facilities, supplies, and equipment
  • Organize local team events, meetings, and employee activities
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and visitor management
  • Manage relationships with local vendors and coordinate contracts and renewals
  • Support facilities management
  • Ensure a welcoming, safe, and efficient office environment
  • Support business continuity and other operational initiatives as required
HR Support
  • Act as a local HR contact for employees in India and support them with day-to-day HR questions
  • Support employee lifecycle processes, from onboarding to offboarding
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure new employees have everything they need to get started
  • Support employment contracts, employee changes, and HR administration as well as recruitment activities, including interview coordination and candidate communication
  • Coordinate payroll inputs with our external payroll provider and the global HR team
  • Maintain employee records, leave administration, and HR documentation
  • Ensure HR processes are followed in line with company standards and local requirements
  • Support audits and compliance-related HR activities
  • 2-4 years of experience in HR operations, office administration, or a similar role
  • Understanding of Indian labour law and HR administration
  • Ability to manage confidential employee information
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Strong service orientation and a proactive, hands-on mindset.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with global teams.
  • Professional fluency in English.
