Non - Technical Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive Non-Technical Recruiter with 2-4 years of experience in end-to-end hiring for business functions. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in international recruitment, primarily for the US market, along with strong sourcing, stakeholder management, and candidate engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-technical roles across Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Business Development, Customer Success, Operations, and other business functions.
• Drive international hiring with a primary focus on the US market.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies.
• Source candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, Instahyre, inbound applications, job portals, referrals, Boolean search, and other sourcing channels.
• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination, offer management, and successful offer closure.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Maintain recruitment data in the Applicant Tracking System and ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.
  
  

• 2-4 years of experience in end-to-end non-technical recruitment.
• Proven experience hiring for sales, marketing, business development, customer success, operations, and other business functions.
• Experience hiring for high-volume and niche business roles in a fast-paced environment.
• Hands-on experience in international recruitment, preferably focused on the US market.
• Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter, Instahyre, inbound applications, job portals, Boolean search, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Experience using ATS and managing recruitment data.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and consistently meet hiring timelines.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, stakeholder management, and organisational skills.
• Master's degree in human resources or a related field.
• Experience working with SaaS, product, or startup companies.
