As a Senior Associate in IT Infra/Cloud Operations, you will play a pivotal role in managing and optimizing cloud infrastructure within our Technology Consulting practice. You will be at the forefront of delivering client support, confirming seamless cloud operations, and leveraging your skills to address complex infrastructure challenges. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor others, navigate complex situations, and grow your personal brand while deepening your technical skills.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be responsible for analyzing complex problems and maintaining professional standards. You will work within our IT Infrastructure Managed Services to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client needs. This position offers an opportunity to enhance your skills in cloud operations and infrastructure management, while contributing to the success of our clients and the firm.

Responsibilities

- Managing cloud infrastructure operations to support client needs effectively
- Implementing cloud migration strategies using platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform
- Optimizing cloud infrastructure performance and cost efficiency through strategic planning and execution
- Troubleshooting cloud computing issues to maintain seamless service delivery
- Designing cloud infrastructure architecture to align with client requirements and industry standards
- Overseeing cloud service delivery and confirming compliance with cloud-based service management protocols
- Utilizing tools like Dynatrace APM and Splunk for infrastructure performance monitoring and analysis
- Collaborating with teams to enhance cloud operations and drive continuous improvement
- Providing technical consultation and support for cloud infrastructure management and optimization
- Developing and maintaining cloud compliance frameworks to support secure and efficient operations

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelors degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Utilizing Cloud Infrastructure Optimization and Cloud Performance Optimization
