As a Senior Associate in IT Infra/Cloud, you will play a pivotal role in managing and operating cloud infrastructure within our Technology Consulting practice. You will be at the forefront of delivering managed services, confirming seamless cloud operations and infrastructure management. This role involves working directly with clients to provide tailored solutions that meet their specific needs, leveraging your skills in cloud operations to drive efficiency and innovation.

As a Senior Associate, you will develop meaningful client connections and guide others through complex challenges. You will utilize your problem-solving skills to analyze intricate concepts and deliver quality solutions. Your role will involve mentoring junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment, and navigating ambiguity to enhance your personal brand and technical skills.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of a dynamic team that supports clients in optimizing their IT infrastructure. Responsibilities

- Managing cloud infrastructure operations to support client needs effectively
- Overseeing cloud migration and optimization projects using Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure
- Implementing cloud infrastructure architecture design to enhance performance and scalability
- Conducting troubleshooting and technical consultation for cloud computing issues
- Utilizing tools like Dynatrace APM and Splunk for infrastructure performance monitoring and analysis
- Collaborating with teams to develop and execute cloud strategy and service delivery plans
- Confirming cloud compliance and security standards are met within managed services
- Supporting cloud-based service management and administration to optimize resource utilization
- Engaging in continuous learning and embracing change to adapt to evolving technology landscapes
- Providing guidance and mentorship to junior team members in cloud operations and infrastructure management

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelors degree
- At least 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Demonstrating proficiency in Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure
- Utilizing Cloud Infrastructure Architecture Design and Optimization skills
