Position Summary:

Level: Senior Consultant or equivalent

As a Senior Consultant at Deloitte Consulting Services, you will design, develop, and deploy enterprise-scale software solutions, lead to the creation of robust pipelines and manage code deployment across environments. You will collaborate with cross-functional, global teams to translate functional requirements into effective deliverables, independently guiding and mentoring junior team members. Your role spans the full project lifecycle, including estimation, planning, execution, and tracking key metrics for analysis, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of solutions.

Work you’ll do:

You will lead technical integrations, reports, data migrations, and system extensions, analyzing client needs and designing, building, configuring, testing, and supporting Finance & Operations systems. You will manage activities from requirements gathering through post go-live support, oversee testing, deployment, and progress reporting, and establish best delivery practices for quality and reuse. You will proactively collaborate with teammates, contribute innovative solutions, debug and troubleshoot issues, and manage client and stakeholder expectations to ensure successful project delivery.

The team:

The Emerging ERP Solutions offering provides advice, planning, and implementation of Cloud ERP solutions like Workday, MS Dynamics and Infor, featuring built-in industry-specific capabilities. The USI team plays a crucial role throughout the entire engagement lifecycle, from initial pursuits to final delivery. Specializing in Financials and Supply Chain transformations, the team also implements Adaptive Planning Solutions across various industries. Their deep expertise in both technology and domain ensures effective, tailored solutions that drive value and operational excellence for clients.

Qualifications

Must Have Skills/Project Experience/Certifications:

• 6-10 years of consulting or industry experience
• Hands-on implementation of Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations ERP
• Led at least one full life cycle Dynamics ERP project
• Proficient with integration tools and data entities
• Strong programming and project delivery capabilities
• Experienced in data migration and ETL processes
• Self-driven with ability to manage multiple tasks
• Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills (MS Visio, MS PowerPoint)
• Excellent problem-solving skills, exercising sound judgment
• Knowledgeable about cloud SAAS and PAAS market offerings
• Technical expertise includes experience on D365 FS (SSRS), X++, C#, Web Services, File-based integrations, LogicApps, Azure Data Lake, Power Platform, Data Management Framework (DMF), Workflows, Reporting

• Active Microsoft Dynamics Certification would be an added advantage
• Certification in Project management, Scrum/Agile

• BE/B.Tech/M.C.A./M.Sc (CS) degree or equivalent from accredited university

Shift Timings:

• 11 AM to 8 PM or 2 PM to 11 PM IST as per business requirements
