Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated Microsoft CRM Functional Resource with a focus on Quality Assurance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM and a strong understanding of QA processes. This role will involve ensuring the quality and functionality of CRM solutions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products that meet business requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Quality Assurance Testing: Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementations and enhancements to ensure functionality meets business requirements.
Requirements Analysis: Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand CRM requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.
Defect Management: Identify, document, and track defects in the CRM system. Work closely with development teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
User Acceptance Testing (UAT): Facilitate UAT sessions with end-users to validate CRM functionalities and gather feedback for improvements.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive documentation of testing processes, test results, and defect reports to ensure transparency and traceability.
Process Improvement: Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies to enhance the overall quality of CRM solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with functional teams to ensure seamless integration of CRM solutions and adherence to quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Training and Support: Assist in training end-users on CRM functionalities and provide support during the implementation phase.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
2-5 years of experience in CRM functional roles, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics CRM.
Strong understanding of QA methodologies, testing processes, and best practices.
Experience in developing and executing test plans and test cases for CRM applications.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) is preferred.
Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as JIRA and Confluence is a plus.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with automated testing tools for CRM applications is a plus.
Knowledge of additional CRM platforms or related technologies is advantageous.
Relevant certifications in QA or Microsoft Dynamics CRM are a plus.
