Your Profile

• Manage and administer Microsoft Exchange 2010/2013/2016 and Exchange Online (Office 365) environments, ensuring high availability, performance, and reliability.
• Drive messaging migration and transformation initiatives, including mailbox migrations, upgrades, coexistence, and transitions across different messaging platforms.
• Implement and maintain email security and mail flow solutions using SPF, DKIM, DMARC, TLS configurations, and email routing best practices.
• Support Exchange High Availability solutions, troubleshoot complex messaging issues, and leverage PowerShell automation to improve operational efficiency.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, security, mobility, and operations teams to deliver secure messaging services, M365 solutions, and Mobile Device Management capabilities while ensuring adherence to operational SLAs.
  
  

Your Profile

• 4 to 6 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Exchange Server (2010/2013/2016) and Microsoft 365 administration and support.
• Strong understanding of email security and mail flow technologies, including SPF, DKIM, DMARC, TLS, email routing, and secure messaging practices.
• Experience with Exchange High Availability, mailbox migrations, upgrades, and hybrid environments, along with troubleshooting and performance optimization.
• Hands-on knowledge of PowerShell scripting, Microsoft 365 administration, and Mobile Device Management (MDM); experience with Cisco IronPort is an added advantage.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the flexibility to work in shifts, participate in on-call support, and deliver high-quality customer service.
