Media Architect / Media Domain Consultant – Communications, Media & Entertainment
We are seeking experienced Media Domain Consultants / Architects with expertise across one or more of the following areas:
Media & OTT Platform Expertise
- OTT and streaming platform architecture including VOD, live streaming, FAST, AVOD, SVOD, and TVOD models.
- Experience with multi-platform content delivery across web, mobile, Smart TV, CTV, and social ecosystems.
- Knowledge of adaptive bitrate streaming, DRM, CDN optimization, video player ecosystems, and content syndication.
- Understanding of audience engagement, personalization, recommendation engines, and subscriber experience optimization.
Media Supply Chain & Content Operations
- Strong understanding of end-to-end media supply chain workflows including content ingestion, production, post-production, packaging, distribution, and archival.
- Experience with Digital Asset Management (DAM), Media Asset Management (MAM), metadata management, workflow orchestration, and rights management systems.
- Familiarity with cloud-based media workflows, AI-driven content tagging/transcription, and content localization/subtitling.
AdTech & Revenue Platforms
- Expertise in advertising monetization ecosystems including programmatic advertising, RTB, header bidding, DAI, and yield optimization.
- Experience with ad platforms and audience targeting solutions to improve revenue realization and campaign effectiveness.
- Knowledge of subscription monetization strategies, churn reduction, ARPU optimization, and subscriber lifecycle management.
- Experience in media revenue analytics, forecasting models, content ROI analysis, and audience monetization strategies.
Broadcast Modernization
- Understanding of broadcast transformation initiatives including IP-based broadcasting, cloud playout, remote production, and live event streaming.
- Familiarity with modern broadcast ecosystems, media processing pipelines, and hybrid broadcast/OTT operating models.
CRM, Customer Experience & Analytics
- Experience implementing customer engagement and subscriber management solutions for media organizations.
- Knowledge of CRM, customer data platforms, loyalty programs, campaign management, and customer analytics.
- Expertise in data-driven content strategy, audience analytics, attribution modeling, and consumption insights across linear TV, OTT, CTV, and digital platforms.
Consulting & Delivery Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver consulting and transformation engagements for global media clients across OTT, broadcast, sports, publishing, and entertainment sectors.
- Engage independently with business and technology stakeholders to translate business needs into functional and solution requirements.
- Lead small-to-medium consulting and delivery teams across transformation initiatives.
- Support innovation programs, operating model transformation, and process modernization initiatives.
- Contribute to practice development through creation of accelerators, methodologies, thought leadership, POVs, and whitepapers.
- Support business development activities including proposals, solutioning, client presentations, and strategic consulting engagements.
- Drive transformational change initiatives aligned with client business strategy and digital modernization objectives.
Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role
- Experience working with broadcasters, OTT providers, telecom-media companies, studios, sports media, or digital publishers.
- Familiarity with platforms and ecosystems such as Salesforce Media Cloud, Adobe Experience Platform, FreeWheel, Google Ad Manager, AWS Media Services, Brightcove, Dalet, Avid, or similar media technologies.
Strong understanding of cloud-native media architectures, analytics platforms, and digital transformation programs
