What You Can Expect
You will work in partnership with the engineering, production and quality teams to improve existing products and processes. These improvements are necessary to cope with the constant increase in our production volume, evolving medical standards and multiple customer needs. You will be called upon to analyze the problems and implement the most effective solution.
Location : Bengaluru
Work Mode : Hybrid(3 Days in Office).
How You'll Create Impact
More Specifically, Your Role Will Consist Of:
Lead existing product improvement projects by working as a team with suppliers, the project manager, the production group, the quality group and the new product design group.
Take responsibility for the continuous improvement of the existing product range by modifying specifications, being responsible for documenting the verification and validation stages, from technical change requests to the implementation of solutions.
Perform analyses (failure modes, dimensional, functional, strength and others) necessary to release product improvements or resolve production non-conformities while obtaining the approval of the various functional groups within the organization.
Implement mechanical testing protocols using scientifically and statistically valid methods.
Coordinate the transfer of product improvements to suppliers from design to production.
Ensure the resolution of customer complaints by analyzing the problem, finding the causes, reviewing the associated risks and proposing a solution.
Participate in the definition and continuous improvement of quality procedures and instructions related to the development and release of mechanical products.
Participate in corrective and preventive actions with the aim of improving our processes.
Support regulatory certification of products.

You are a mechanical engineer with 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
You are bilingual (French and English, written and oral). You are available and interested in making occasional trips.
You have acquired solid experience in CAD (SolidWorks is an asset). You have a good knowledge of metal machining and mechanically welded assembly processes.
You are skilled at analyzing a design according to its use in order to propose product improvement solutions that will not negatively impact performance or functionality.
You have a passion for solving complex problems. You work efficiently with suppliers of materials and services.
You have experience with corrective and preventive actions and statistical data analysis.
You have experience working in a ISO13485 environment.
You are an initiative person who can effectively manage several tasks in parallel while respecting priorities and deadlines.
You have a very good ability to work in a multidisciplinary team.
You are a meticulous person with a good ability to synthesize and produce precise, concise and accurate reports, documents and protocols.
You are known for your excellent communication skills
