Key Responsibilities

• Build and execute the campus marketing and admissions acquisition calendar.

• Manage digital, creative, PR and activation agencies with clear briefs, timelines and deliverables.

• Own lead quality, campaign tracking, CRM routing and sales-marketing coordination.

• Review CPL, qualified leads, visits, applications, enrolments and acquisition cost weekly.

• Lead field outreach executives and coordinate preschool, clinic, coaching and community partnerships.

• Plan open houses, parenting seminars, exhibitions and neighbourhood activations.

• Manage marketing budgets, vendors, brand consistency and performance dashboards.

• Identify funnel bottlenecks and take hands-on corrective action.

Candidate Profile

• 5–9 years in growth, education marketing, lead generation or high-consideration B2C marketing.

• Working knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, CRM and campaign analytics.

• Proven agency management and cross-functional leadership.

• Highly accountable, analytical and execution-oriented.

Compensation

Best-in-industry fixed salary based on experience. Immediate joiners are strongly preferred.
