The Supply Chain Manager – India is responsible for leading and optimizing end-to-end supply chain operations within India, while also anchoring the regional Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process across India, Middle East, and Africa. This role ensures strategic alignment between demand and supply, enhances operational resilience, and supports scalable business growth. End-to-End Supply Chain Leadership
Oversee all aspects of supply chain operations in India, including demand planning, Supply planning, Production scheduling, procurement, inventory management, warehousing, and logistics,( Imports & Exports) ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and service excellence.
Regional S&OP Process Ownership
Lead and facilitate the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process across India, Middle East, and Africa, driving alignment between commercial, supply, and finance teams to ensure accurate forecasting and balanced supply-demand planning.
Operational Excellence & Resilience
Implement best practices and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance supply chain agility, mitigate risks, and ensure business continuity across diverse and dynamic markets.
Cross-Functional Collaboration

Educational Background
- Batchelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is highly preferred, especially with a focus on Operations, Logistics, or Strategy.

- Min 10 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing end-to-end supply chain operations including planning, warehousing, logistics, procurement and S&OP.
- Exposure to fast-paced, complex industries such as FMCG, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, or consumer goods.
- Batchelor in supply chain management, or MBA supply chain or related fields.
- APICS/CPIM Certified (Complete preferred)
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a manufacturing environment using automated demand and supply planning process
- Total experience in a fast- paced industry like FMCG/Foods
