Job Description
The Manager - Integration-Full Stack will play a crucial role in our Smart Integration (API) - Delivery department. With a seasoned background in technical project management and a strong focus on Core Java, you will lead a team of developers, ensuring seamless integration and successful project delivery. Your expertise in Agile methodologies and software development processes will be instrumental in driving our teams success.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Java-based application development projects, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Oversee the integration process, ensuring seamless connectivity and data flow between systems.
- Guide and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Implement Agile methodologies and best practices to enhance development processes.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring satisfaction through transparent and effective communication.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Ensure adherence to internal and client-specific methodologies and standards.
- Stay updated with industry trends and technologies, identifying opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align development efforts with business objectives.

Qualifications
- 12-15 years of experience in technical project management, with a focus on Java-based applications.
- Proficiency in Core Java and hands-on experience in building enterprise applications.
- In-depth knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development processes.
- Proven track record in leading and managing multi-technology, cross-functional teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team leadership and client management.
- Ability to manage billing, timesheet tracking, and expenses to ensure project profitability.
- Strong analytical skills for project planning, execution, and scope management.
