Riveron India is seeking an experienced Lead Instructional Designer to design and develop engaging, learner-centered training programs across digital and blended learning environments. The role will involve collaborating with SMEs, project teams, and learning stakeholders to create impactful learning solutions aligned with business goals.
Who You Are
- You have strong instructional design expertise
- You have the ability of storyboarding and curriculum design
- You have strong knowledge of adult learning theory and learning science
- You are highly skilled in eLearning authoring tools (Articulate Storyline, Rise, Captivate)
- You have a strong LMS experience
- You have solid experience in stakeholder management
- You are proficient in project management skills
What You’ll Do
- Lead the design and development of end-to-end learning solutions including eLearning, instructor-led training, microlearning, and blended programs.
- Conduct training needs analysis and translate business requirements into learning strategies.
- Create instructional design documents, storyboards, and learning blueprints.
- Collaborate with SMEs to convert complex content into engaging learning experiences.
- Guide graphic designers and eLearning developers during course development.
- Apply adult learning principles and instructional design models (ADDIE, SAM).
- Ensure learning effectiveness through assessments, feedback, and evaluation.
- Remain hands-on in design and development while mentoring junior instructional designers and reviewing their deliverables.
- Own delivery of multiple concurrent learning projects in a fast-paced, high-volume development environment.
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Instructional Design, Education, or related field
- 5-7 years of Instructional Design experience
- Experience in corporate L&D environments
- Exposure to learning analytics and evaluation frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
