Role Overview

We are looking for a highly analytical and self-driven Market Intelligence professional to support strategic decision-making through market research, talent intelligence, competitor benchmarking, location strategy, and industry insights. The ideal candidate should possess strong research, analytical, Excel, and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to independently convert complex data into executive-ready insights and reports.

Role And Key Responsibilities

• Conduct ongoing market and competitive intelligence activities to identify emerging trends, business developments, talent dynamics, and strategic shifts across target industries.
• Execute in-depth secondary research assignments to support business growth strategies, market expansion opportunities, and leadership priorities.
• Produce quality intelligence deliverables including competitor benchmarks, talent landscape assessments, workforce demand-supply studies, location attractiveness analyses, and market outlook reports.
• Monitor and evaluate key market developments such as mergers & acquisitions, partnerships, investments, capability expansions, leadership movements, and other competitive signals.
• Gather, analyze, and interpret information from diverse sources to derive meaningful insights and business implications.
• Transform complex data into concise executive presentations, and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders.
• Utilize a wide range of market intelligence, talent intelligence, and business research platforms to validate findings and strengthen research outcomes.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while ensuring accuracy, responsiveness, and adherence to agreed timelines.
  
  

Key Skills And Knowledge

• Possesses 5+ years of experience in Market Intelligence, Competitive Intelligence, Talent Intelligence, Strategic Research, or related analytical functions.
• Demonstrates strong capability in translating large and complex datasets into meaningful business insights and strategic narratives.
• Has a structured problem-solving approach and can effectively distill information into clear, decision-support recommendations.
• Exhibits strong attention to detail, analytical rigor, and commitment to delivering high-quality outputs.
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment and can independently drive projects with minimal supervision.
• Effectively balances multiple stakeholder requirements while maintaining delivery excellence and stakeholder confidence.
