About The Role
We are looking for a seasoned HR Business Partner to lead & manage the 3P / Contract Workforce across multiple Teams and locations. This role will act as the primary HRBP for all third-party employees, driving workforce governance, employee relations, compliance, & productivity in close partnership with Operations. The incumbent will manage a team of 4 HRBPs and work closely with Staffing Partners, TA, HR Ops, Legal, and Business managers to ensure seamless lifecycle management, strong compliance discipline, and a high-performance field workforce. This is a highly field-intensive role requiring strong stakeholder management, ER expertise, data-driven decision-making, & the ability to handle escalations with maturity & speed.
What You Will Do
Workforce Planning & Hiring
Partner with Business Manager and Biz finance teams on manpower planning & workforce budgeting.
Maintain visibility on headcount status, vacancies, redeployments, & attrition trends across Teams.
Coordinate with staffing vendors and TA to support hiring for 3P roles & ensure timely fulfillment.
